Cigar Shop Theft

Clarks Summit, Lackawanna County - Police are searching for the man who stole approximately $600 worth of merchandise from a Lackawanna County cigar shop. It happened around 4 o'clock Friday afternoon at the Summit Cigar Shop along State Street in Clarks Summit. These are surveillance pictures of the suspect. The store owner told police that the man asked to use the bathroom and that's when he stole power tools and other items from the backroom. He was seen leaving the scene in a dark colored pickup truck. Anyone with information is asked to call Clarks Summit Police at (570) 587-3026.
