Honesdale Arson Suspect Sentenced to Prison

Honesdale, Wayne County - A Wayne county man arrested earlier this year for two arsons in Honesdale learned Thursday he will spend time in prison.
Samuel West was sentenced to up to ten years in prison.
He pleaded guilty to two felony counts of risking a catastrophe.
In March, police accused West of setting one fire outside a business and another outside of the Delaware and Hudson Hotel in Honesdale.
Besides prison time, the 34-year-old from Waymart will also have to pay $2,788.00 in restitution.
