William Allabaugh In Court (Noon Report)

Luzerne County-The suspect in a fatal shooting at a Plymouth Bar is facing a judge today.
William Allabaugh faces criminal homicide charges in the death of one man, while the other was critically wounded. The Judge ruled there is enough evidence for Allabaugh to head to trial on murder and attempted murder charges.
Witnesses in court describe the chaos inside the bar the night of the shooting.
