A Resort Offers a Good Meal to Those in Need

Smithfield Township, Monroe County- The staff at the Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort is getting ready for its fourth year of community outreach dinners.
Starting this week, the hotel is hosting free dinners every other Wednesday night, through March.
Volunteers will serve from five to seven.
Anyone in need of a hot meal is welcome to stop by.
The Pocono Family YMCA is offering free transportation to the meals.
Buses will pick up guests at the Salvation Army in East Stroudsburg or the Ribbon Factory in Stroudsburg at 4:30 p.m.
