Attorney For Sandusky Victim Wants Penn State Held Accountable

Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County-    Attorney Tom Kline from Philadelphia represents victim number five of Jerry Sandusky and says Penn State must answer for its part in the Jerry Sandusky scandal. Kline told Eyewitness News recently, "This scandal was not thrown upon Penn State.It was a direct result of the actions of the men at the most powerful positions at the University." The interview was done just days before a Grand Jury indicted former President Graham Spanier for his alleged role in what prosecutors say was a "Conspiracy of Silence" at Penn State involving Jerry Sandusky. Former Administrators Gary Schultz and Tim Curley,already facing charges of perjury and faling to report child abuse, were also indicted on three new charfes last week for their alleged role in the Sandusky case. Kline added, "These men, Paterno,Schultz,Curley and in particular Spanier, allowed this to happen.
