Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County- Teachers and adminstrations put together an action plan today against bullying.
 
The Anti-Bullying Coalition of Luzerne County hosted today's event at the F.M. Kirby Center
   They discussed ways to provide a safe environment in school and how to better deal with the growing problem of bullying
